Dragon

Postures 1 Class

 

This is our foundational class for getting the basics right. We recommend starting with this class for those who have never tried yoga. It develops proper alignment by performing several primary postures that will be taught in all of our other classes. This class makes heavy use of precise cues that set you up for success. Though it’s great for beginners, this class never gets easy, and even advanced yogis benefit from it.

As you become more aware of your alignment and your breath, this class will challenge you in ways you never expected. You will build strength, flexibility and mental toughness. This class rewards your effort with an understanding of where yoga might lead you.

GhosT 

Alignment 1 Class

 

This class is the next step beyond the Dragon. We take the basic postures you learned in the Dragon and show how they can evolve into different shapes. This class moves at a slower pace than most flow classes, but you won’t hold postures for as long as you do in the Dragon.

As you begin to flow through the postures, you’ll find more ease in your movement, more awareness of your body, and a connection to your breath that brings strength and grace to your practice.

CLOUDS

Flow 1 Class

 

This Level 1 flow class focuses deeper on movement and breath. We integrate more front-to-back movement along the mat and more advanced transitions between postures. You’ll find rhythm in your flow as you connect your breath to your movement. This connection between breath and movement opens the window to a meditative experience through postures and flow. When you give up a little of your headspace, the flow begins to happen.

SUPRISE

Alignment 2 Class

In the Surprise, you combine all that you have learned and take it to the next level mentally, physically and emotionally. We return to slower movement to analyze the postures, break down the set-up, and identify the cues & skills you need to bring advanced postures into your practice.

The Surprise takes the foundations of the Ghost and the Dragon and shows you how to grow your practice, overcome challenges, become more aware of your mind and body, and face down your demons on and off the mat.

STORM

Flow 2 Class

The Storm is a level 2 Flow class that moves faster than our alignment classes. You’ll enjoy this flow as we incorporate the sexy postures with the strong foundations from our other classes.

It will challenge you to move with your breath as you gain skill with arm balances, backbends, and inversions.

MIRROR

Restorative Class

The Mirror is an opportunity to still the mind and breath in this slow-movement based class. It uses long-held resting poses to open the mind and body. You’ll learn to achieve conscious relaxation and, even more importantly, how to release habitual tension.

MoNK

Meditation Class

Meditation can purify and cleanse the body, calm the nervous system, and balance the hormones. When practiced together, yoga and meditation strengthen the connection between mind and body, thereby improving overall fitness and well-being. Restore yourself and find peace through meditation.

Alarm

Advanced Asana Class

We offer this special class once a month. It challenges both students and instructors to push every limit. It is uncomfortable, and it is more rewarding than you can imagine.

FULL MOON

Meditation & Restorative Class

This class occurs once a month to welcome the full moon. Reflect on the month that has passed, and contemplate where you will go next.
